Pretty Healthy Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to making health education simple, approachable and fun. We blend science, storytelling and community support to help people make small lifestyle changes that create big improvements in physical and mental well-being.

Our goal is to take the stress out of wellness and bring more clarity, confidence and joy into people’s lives.

Many of today’s biggest health challenges, such as stress, anxiety, obesity, diabetes,hypertension and burnout, can be improved or even prevented through practical lifestyle changes.

Today, 1 in 5 college students report anxiety or depression. Over 40% of U.S. adults live with obesity, nearly 15% with diabetes, and up to 45% with hypertension. All deeply linked to lifestyle. At Pretty Healthy Foundation, we believe these epidemics are preventable, not inevitable. We design programs that turn health education into real, reachable everyday habits.

Our Story

Our Journey to
Better Wellness

Pretty Healthy Foundation was created by Dr. Priti Parekh, a physician board certified in Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. After years of caring for patients who needed practical lifestyle support more than prescriptions, she set out to rethink how people learn about health.

What began as a few lighthearted wellness workshops quickly grew into a movement to make health education fun, inclusive, and human. We wanted to bridge the gap between science and real life the space between what you should do and what you’ll actually enjoy doing.

So we built the Pretty Healthy Foundation to bring learning, laughter and lifestyle together. Because at the end of the day, health isn't about perfection-it's about feeling pretty good inside and out... and maybe dancing a little in your kitchen while you're at it.
